Mooshka Sing Around the Rosie Doll - Myra

Tried 12 dolls, and none worked well
I was so excited when I found these dolls online- they are different than all the others my daughters already have, and our youngest LOVES "Ring Around the Rosie" and can play it non-stop.

After reading one review stating that the reviewer received 2 dolls, neither of which worked, I decided to check it out in stores this weekend. At the first store, I tried 7 dolls, and none worked (the song starts and stops, starts over again; a couple sounded like a skipping CD). At the second store, I tried 5 dolls, and none of them worked properly.

However, if you clasp the dolls hands together, the magnetization keeps her hands together and keeps the song playing. If that is sufficient for your child, then the doll is great. But if you have a child who is set on holding her hands in a circle to do "Rosie," you might be disappointed.
Singing Mooshka Myra
Mooshka seems to be the new rage. Great for the 2-5 yr age demographic. I found one at Target out of pure luck as they seem so new they are hard to come by. ($24.99)
Easily squeeze Myras hands and she sings Ring Around the Rosie. Her hands are magnetic and can be clasped together for super easy singing. It's repetitive which can be annoying for adults. Haha

One thing to note, the singing dolls have magnetic hands and the regular Mooshka dolls and Mooshka Tots dolls have Velcro hands so they technically all cannot hold hands. This was a disappointment to my daughter. We also have Dasha the regular Mooshka. So hopefully more singing dolls will be on the market soon.

Ebooks are available currently for free download on Apple products only. I called the manufacturer and an Android version is in the works with no estimation on a launch date.

**Manufacturer claims Android ebooks will be available by the end of October. They just have some glitches to...
Fun for your little girl!
My 2 1/2 year old absolutely loves to play ring around the Rosie with me and her big sister! I wanted to wait until Christmas to get this doll but found it at Target for $24.99 and couldn't wait to give it to her! She LOVES it and has played with it non stop!! The only problem is if she let's go of one of the hands then clasps it again- the song does start over from the beginning- so it takes longer for the doll to sing - ashes, ashes, we all fall down- which is my little girls favorite part of the song! The doll and packaging are very nice and super cute!
